The Kendall Show

Hi All,
Last weekend Protty and myself went down to the Kendall show ground to meet with a couple of members of the showground society to finalise things for the event we are running there and to have a good look around to see what we could do there.
On Saturday the 13th of Febuary we will be looking for 4 or 5 of our fastest senior riders to compete in some bike v's horse barrell racing in the main arena around 6-7pm.
On Sunday we will be holding an event in the main arena for about 2 hours which we hope will involved riders from all classes at the club from the Divi 1 up to the masters, we will also be using this day as a member drive and promotional day for the club, our pits will be set up on the football oval with a walk way thru the rows of quickshades for the public to come thru and see what were about and talk with the members about all things motocross at the end we will have a club table set up with information packs, calendars etc.
At 3:00pm we will be starting our ride demo which will be a barrell riding show, we will get 2 bikes from the same class riding on 2 identical layouts at the same time with the start and finsh in the middle of the 2 courses, its not stadium motocross but it should still be a lot of fun for the riders and entertaining for the crowd.
The time table for the 2 days will be-
Saturday 13/2/10 the start time for the horse v's bike barrell racing hasn't been confirmed as yet but will start around 6:00pm - 7:00pm and should finish before 8:00pm, the pits will be open from 4:00pm and close an hour before we have to start, i will confirm the actual times as soon as i have them.
Sunday 14/2/10 entry to the show ground will be from 10:00am and will be closed at 11:00am, sign on and scrutineering will start at 11:30am and close at 1:00pm. From 11:00am the pits will be open to the public and will be closed at 2:30pm. Riding in the arena will start at 3:00pm and finish at 5:00pm.
